Yesterday we called to collect my Jaguar XF. I think it is the most joyous experience in buying a car I have had. The car was immaculate and Mark handled everything perfectly in terms of all the paperwork, guarantee etc. At the completion of the transaction, I was presented with a delightful bouquet of flowers. In an over excited state, I forgot to pick up all the paperwork; I was distracted by the flowers. Mark went out of his way to assist in setting up the car ready for our long journey home. Halfway home, he contacted us to point out that the paperwork was still with him but he would send it by signed for mail that afternoon and the paperwork arrived this morning, to my great relief.
